londonBjj31![]() 1 posts | londonBjj31 says on 2013-03-17 18:05Hey! I've been really impressed by your athleticism and physique. I'm really interested in knowing what your workout routine is, how often, how many reps and sets etc. Also, what is your main combat sport and do you train it regularly? Finally, Great videos and a great site. I hope we can make a video when I come over to Budapest too! |
FighterBoyy![]() 19 posts | FighterBoyy says on 2013-03-25 09:19I used to do ju-jitsu but stopped for a few months now. I plan to get back to it again when my schedule becomes a little bit easier. My workout routine is basically random. I do have a routine that I'm supposed to be doing, but I deviate from it so much it's little more than symbolic. I just do whatever exercise I feel like at the moment. |

FighterBoyy![]() 19 posts | FighterBoyy says on 2011-06-03 15:54mjake: I suppose it depends on the type of disability. I guess there are a few reasons why someone would be denied membership to a wrestling group. One example is that the person is a danger to the health of other group members. Since you were not specific, I really cannot speculate on this much. My advice to you is that if you are denied access to a wrestling group, simply go and find another one. Their loss. Another possibility is to seek out a coach for private lessons. |
mjake![]() 1 posts | mjake says on 2011-06-01 01:48Hey I have a question about wrestling. I am slightly disabled and wrestling is the only sport i'm into. The question is. Is it right to not let someone wrestle just because they have a slight disability?. Cause I've seen disabled ones like Dan King and Zach Gowen. |
wrepalmer![]() 1 posts | wrepalmer says on 2011-02-14 00:37Wrestling is a huge turn on for me. I love the hand-to-hand, muscle-to-muscle contact! Taking the upper hand and dominating the hell outta my workout partner is what I enjoy best! Submission after submission after submission! On occasion I find myself enjoying it sexually - getting hard in the process. Have you ever gotten hard when wrestling? |

FighterBoyy![]() 19 posts | FighterBoyy says on 2008-10-11 09:41From hotbody:
Can we see more videos of people punching your chest hard?
Maybe. I don't usually instruct my punchers about what to do, which is probably why my videos feel more "real" than some of the other stuff out there. So I don't tell them to "punch here" or "don't punch there", it's all improvised. So yes, we might see more of chest punching. |
FighterBoyy![]() 19 posts | FighterBoyy says on 2008-10-08 06:07I'll be answering one question a day. This one is for solarplexusdude:
Whats the hardest punishment you've taken to your stomach so far?
The hardest punch I took (at least it seemed the hardest at the time) was back when I was a teen. I took karate for all of about 3 or 4 months to learn self defense. (Back then I didn't realize that karate is not really good for that.) I was rather weak and unathletic, and not any good at karate at any rate. One time I was sparring with one of the larger and more advanced karate students, and he kicked me in the gut. It must have been spectacular as I spent the next few minutes trying not to throw up my lungs. I quit karate a few months later. To my mind, teaching ashi barai (foot sweep) before ukemi waza (breakfalling) didn't make sense. |

I have a very simple comment. I am 65, with osteoarthritis, which caused me to fall down a few times. Every physiotherapist I saw told me to stand on one leg and then the other. This with painful arthritis. Well I got an in home trainer and we started boxing. After 4 sessions, I stopped falling down. I would still trip, but I wouldn't fall because my balance was getting better. Boxing against pads is great for cardio, for moving the body in unfamiliar ways, for learning how to twist and punch. It is good in so many ways, as is any fighter sport. So if anyone following this wonderful page is as out of shape as I am and is losing hope, find someone with gloves and pads and have a go. You won't regret it.
